Dispatch Information

It is our aim to dispatch all stocked items within 2 workings days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) via Business Post Couriers, to the delivery address indicated on your order.These time periods however are estimates only due to many factors. Deliveries beyond this time scale will not be grounds to cancel your order unless we fail to deliver the products within a reasonable time or as a consumer you exercise your right to cancel the order.
We cannot always guarantee delivery within the time periods specified.

We will endeavour to advise you of the present position of your order, and ensure you receive your order as soon as is reasonably possible.

Although our prices are already very competitive we may be able to save you even more depending on the items value if ordering in larger quantity orders.

There are two factors to be considered if we are to give a better price.

1) The quantity of items needed – the higher the quantity the more likely a better price.

2) The value of the item – lower value items may not qualify for a better price or may need a large quantity to be ordered (over 100), where as higher value items may qualify for better prices with a quantity as low as 3 -5 units.

You may also get a better price if your order is BIG and espically if its the same brand.
